Brooks Fusselman, a native from Orlando, Florida, received his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in Gulfport, Florida in May 2017; he received both a Bachelor Arts and a Bachelor of Science in International Affairs and Political Science, and a minor in Economics from the Florida State University in December 2013. He can also communicate in Spanish, Portuguese, and Italian. Brooks has practiced in commercial litigation, medical malpractice, products liability, premise liability, and professional liability. As a student, he worked in areas of the law including: criminal defense, family, employment, personal injury, products liability, foreclosures, consumer debts, and real property.
In his community, he served as a legal volunteer to and Gulfcoast Legal Services (GLS) and Community Legal Services of Mid-Florida (CLSMF) and volunteered for several Habitat for Humanity Chapters locally and internationally where he was recognized by Orlando Home & Leisure Magazine for Outstanding Service and Commitment.
